Are You Interested or Committed?

How often have you seen signs and tee shirts that state “Dare to Dream?” The question I have for you today is what are you doing to make it happen?

There is a difference between interest and commitment. Those who are interested in a dream have the desire without doing what is necessary to make it happen. No sweat equity. No next step. Easily distracted and caught up in self-doubt and fear. Dream deferred!

Committed individuals attract people and resources to make it happen. They prepare for the next step and make deadlines to achieve it. Dreams are activated by doing something. Focused on the outcome. Is it time for you to shift to commit to the process? Actions can lead to results. Get off the treadmill of Hope! Faith without works is dead. Note, not everyone’s process is the same. Stop trying to microwave your process! God has customized your process. Trust in God. Someone reading this post realizes they are being tweaked “Repurposed for Divine Destiny.”

Embrace the process to “Be.” Go back to school, start the business, learn to drive. Do that thing which has been nagging at your heart. Remember your passion will fuel your purpose.

Tweak Scripture- “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

1 Corinthians 2:9
